Sometimes relief starts at your feet

Reflexology

Your feet carry every step you take, and they're the last place anyone thinks to look. Jayne's focused foot work lets the day's tension go, and the calm travels further than you'd expect.

Main Benefits of Reflexology

Why people book reflexology

Slow, expert relief that melts the whole day away

Tension lets go underfoot and eases up through legs, back, and shoulders

Quiets a stressed nervous system like a slow, deep breath

A gentle option on days that call for less pressure, not more

HOW IT WORKS

You shouldn't have to guess what your body needs.

Jayne finds out, then treats it.

STEP 1

Get assessed properly

Jayne starts with a real conversation about what hurts, how long, and what makes it worse, then assesses your body before any pressure begins.

STEP 2

She works the actual source

Pain rarely starts where you feel it. Jayne targets the layers actually holding the tension, not just the spot that aches.

STEP 3

Feel real relief, same session

Slow, deliberate pressure at the depth your body can accept. Deep enough to matter, never more than you can handle.

STEP 4

Leave with a plan to sustain it

Simple stretches and habits to hold onto the relief, so you're not back next week with the same complaint.

What Clients Have to Say

Jayne has spent nearly 30 years helping West Jordan clients release chronic tension and recover from pain.

Every session is one-on-one, unhurried, and built around what your body actually needs. Not a set routine.

“Jayne is extremely professional and overall just really good. I have recently developed tennis elbow and tendinitis and she knew exactly what muscle groups to target for these issues. She has perfect pressure and overall her neck massage is unlike a. is unlike any I have had. I really do feel like her education on anatomy a muscle groups is above the rest! ”

“I've been going to Jayne for a few months now and highly recommend her. She is professional, experienced, knowledgable, caring, and gives me the best massage that I've ever had. In my opinion, it is much better than what you'll get at Massage Envy  or other places. She uses techniques that are unique and really help my back. Her studio is  quiet and tranquill as going to a spa. She has quiet music, a water feature, the whole works, and the oils that she uses are gentle and don't bother my skin like some others have. One word of advice I would give is to be sure to tell her if the pressure is too much because she is strong and can give a super deep tissue massage. I like it a little lighter so that I'm not sore afterwards. Be sure to speak up and get what works for your particular body. Jayne is my favorite. Do yourself a favor and get a massage!!”

“Jayne was very professional.

She has a special gift and a gentle touch. She used some techiques that I had never had a therapist use before that I found very benefical. She had a kind and sweet disposition. She was very in tune with what my needs were. I definitely recommend Jayne”
